Anche in questa occasione i rumors erano fondati; Reno Savoya entra a far parte del team TLR. Horizon Hobby Francia, nella persona di Jérôme Chambon ha rilasciato il seguente comunicato stampa:


“Horizon Hobby and Team Losi Racing are pleased to welcome Reno Savoya in the Horizon Hobby Team France. Reno will use our products without forgetting those of our friends from RC Concept for the coming seasons. Jerome Sartel and I will make every effort to support Reno closer to its needs as we have always done for all team pilots. We wish the best to Reno for this new adventure with us and wish him all the success he deserves.
